So, what you need to do….

  • Then drop us an email at contact@depixym.com with this info:
  • Your full name
  • Email address (this must be the same email address you've linked with your account)
  • Mobile Number
  • Country of Residence
  • A photo/scan/link to any two of the below:
    • A professional website either of yours or a known agency where you are listed
    • Certificate of formal training
    • Active social media page featuring professional makeup content
    • Proof of qualifications
    • Professional valid license
    • Editorial or commercial magazine or other press coverage with name credit
    • In training? Then just send us evidence of being enrolled in an MUA qualification with a completion date. 

 We’ll get in touch with you within 10 working days to let you know if your application has been successful.

Just to let you know that we can’t accept your application to the programme if it doesn’t comply with the requirements set out in our T&Cs below. We’ll try really hard to respond to everyone, but if you haven’t heard from us within 21 working days, we’re sorry but your application wasn’t successful.

How does the MUA PROgramme work?

Every time you shop on Depixym.com, just log in with your account details and your MUA PROgramme discount will be automatically applied.

Can I be a member if I’m a student now?

At the moment this scheme is only for qualified/working MUAs. 

Where can I use my discount?

Discount is for use exclusively on www.depixym.com

Does the discount work on all products?

Discount works on all full priced Depixym own brand products. It doesn’t include kits & bundles because these are already at a reduced cost.

Do I have to pay anything for membership?

Nope! It’s completely free – you lucky thing.

How long is my membership valid for & how do I renew when the time comes?

Membership is valid for 2 years. After that 2 years is up please email us again to renew. We will send an email reminder shortly before.

Eligibility

You need to provide proof of credentials in order to become a member of Depixym’s PROgramme. Being a member is currently free, but this may change in the future. Only the individual applying is eligible for this discount, pro discount cannot be shared with anyone else under any circumstances. Project Cuttlefish Ltd. (trading as DEPIXYM) reserves the right to verify your eligibility and may amend or cancel your membership at any time.

MUA PROgramme requirements – please provide 2 of the below:

  • A photo/scan/link to any two of the below:
    • A professional website either of yours or a known agency where you are listed
    • Certificate of formal training
    • Active social media page featuring professional makeup content
    • Proof of qualifications
    • Professional valid license
    • Editorial or commercial magazine or other press coverage with name credit

The decision on acceptance into the scheme rests solely with Project Cuttlefish Ltd (the parent company of DEPIXYM), who reserve the right to refuse membership for any reason.

Discount & what it applies to

The 25% pro discount applies to all Depixym products on depixym.com except:

- Any kits or bundles
- Products that are already discounted or on offer
- Any non-Depixym branded product
- Any other exclusions that may apply from time to time

Limits

Discount can only be used by the MUA PROgramme member & cannot be shared.

Reselling of products is not permitted under any circumstances. We reserve the right to revoke membership with immediate effect if we become aware that you are on-selling products. Please be aware of the damaging effect that this could have on our relationship going forwards.

Shipping & returns

Discount does not apply to shipping costs.

If you’re a PROgramme member, then you will be automatically signed up to our newsletter in order to receive product information and launch and event details.

(parent company of DEPIXYM) reserves the right to modify terms of this membership programme at any time without prior notice and communicate any changes to you via email & also reserves the right to hold, void, suspend, cancel or amend the discount and your membership at any stage with no prior notice.
